Account Manager
While every Account Manager has core responsibilities, what you do outside those responsibilities is equally important, so we give you plenty of room to learn, grow, and explore.
Core responsibilities
- Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals, and workback schedules
- Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
- Liaising with clients and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
- Fostering positive client and internal relationships
- Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
- Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices
- Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials, and elements, in a timely manner
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Education and requirements
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Digital and/or Direct experience is an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- French is an asset
