Endpoint & Systems Administrator

While every employee has core responsibilities, what you do outside those responsibilities is equally important, so we give you plenty of room to learn, grow, and explore.

Core responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and reduce manual effort (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
  • Identify trends in incidents and system performance to proactively address recurring issues
  • Mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance on escalated issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, DevOps, and business teams on IT initiatives and projects

Desired skills & experience

  • 5-7 years of systems administration experience, not solely help desk or end-user support
  • Experience with end-user operating systems such as Windows and macOS
