IT Support Specialist

Core responsibilities
- Manage and maintain end-user devices, including mobile device management (MDM) with JAMF and Intune, and monitor for vulnerabilities using vulnerability management tools
- Provide first-level IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting daily IT operations for all employees
- Update and maintain IT documentation
- Assist in managing server, network, and cloud environments (Windows Server, Linux, AWS/Azure/GCP)
Desired skills & experience
- 2+ year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-5 years of working experience in IT support
- Experience with end-user operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Experience with mobile device management (e.g., JAMF, Intune)
- Experience with vulnerability management platforms (e.g., Tenable) and vulnerability remediation processes
- Familiarity with server administration (Windows and Linux)
- Understanding of:
- Microsoft Active Directory and related services (DNS, GPO, etc.)
- Cloud-based services and applications (O365, Adobe CC, etc.)
- Networking principles, including security best practices
- Documenting configurations, processes, and assets
