Senior CDP Architect & Data Strategist

Core responsibilities

  • Omni-channel data architecture:
    • Lead the design of a customer data model built for marketing execution
    • Advise the dev team on how to unify sources into a single, trusted profile
    • Oversee CDP implementations & ongoing maintenance
    • Map how data flows across systems and channels
    • Define standards for integrations, contracts, and scale
    • Lead cross-channel analytics & attribution strategy
  • Campaign data strategy:
    • Translate marketing use cases into data requirements
    • Play a supporting role in segmentation and audience strategy
    • Guide activation across email, paid, social, search, and 1:1 channels
    • Create segments, data pulls/integrity, and data delivery for campaigns
  • Salesforce Data Cloud experience:
    • Led or advise on Data Cloud implementations
    • Knowledge of harmonization, calculated insights, and activation
    • Familiar with connectors to Marketing Cloud and ad platforms
    • Understanding of Data Cloud objects and governance tools

Desired skills & experience

  • Understands data privacy, governance and ethics
  • Knows API connectors, programming, load limits
  • Understands and can advise on cost consumption considerations and minimizing data transfer costs
  • Owned CDP data architecture (midmarket/enterprise)
  • Proven list/campaign orchestration and execution
  • 5+ years of experience
